Healthy and sugar free jam

Sorry, i've been absent all this time

But here we are with a new healthy and delicious recipe

Which is *******

Sugar free jam



ok !...let's begin ------>>

The ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp of raw honey
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract 

Preparation:

  1. put the frozen berries in the blender nd mix it well
  2. add the honney and the the vanilla extract
  3. mix all togother
  4. then put the jam in a jar in the fridge for about 3 or 4 days maximum

potatoes in oven oil free(frite)

it's esay and simple
and belive me 
it's so delicious

let's start ;)

Ingredients:

potatoes as much you want 
a pinch of turmeric
a pinch of paprika
...
and that's it!!!

preparation:

fist rinse the potato,peel it

then cut it like this..


or like this..


add a pinch of paprika and pinch of turmeric
ps* you can add salt if you want..
mix mix mix ..


then put them on a parchment paper 
on the mould
to the oven for 20 mn(or more)
on 200°-220°
after they're cooked let them cool
for few minutes then
put them in a plat and serve it with a salad

Green salad with mint and herbs

welcome again in my blog
for an other recipe
delicious and healthy
and easy to make
guess what
it's 100% vegan

.....(i know it *-*)

let's start...

Ingredients:

1/2 pepper
1/2 tomato
1/2 small onion
1 small carrot
3 green salad leaves
 mint leaves
spies(black pepper,paprika,cumin)
and herbs

preparation:

1/ Rise all your veggies

2/ cut then in small pieces or how you like 


3/ put them in a bowl 

4/ sprinkle some black pepper,red sweet pepper or paprika
and cumin (you can add salt)

5/  add some herbs(parsley,coriander)

6/ them add mint leaves ( i added like 3-5 leaves)

*ps:you can add olive oil and apple cider vinegar  if you want to


and voila you're done!

vegan banana ice cream with strawberries

Today i'm gonna share with you my lovely and yummy recipe
vegan ice cream gluten diary free
for kids and diabetes
and all of people

So lets start...

Ingredients:

1- one banana
2-5 strawberries
3-1/4 apple
4-some raisin or shredded coconut 


for preparation:

*first  first we gonna our banana and strawberries in small pieces then put it in a container
then to the freezer for 2-3 hour or may be more(until become frozen)...



...but if have already frozen fruit(banana , strawberries) use theme for the next step...

then put all the fruit(mean : banana,strawberries and the 1/4 apple) in the blender
....and mix



if the fruit stuck or your blender is slow , you can stop and mix with a spoon then restart the blender

 
mix..mix..mix..until having a creamy mixture ...oh yum can't wait :p
you can return it in the freezer


serve it in a cup or something like that, sprinkle some raisin or shredded coconut....and eat...
 (sorry! for me i have mix the raisin with the mixture XD
