But here we are with a new healthy and delicious recipe
Which is *******
Sugar free jam
ok !...let's begin ------>>
The ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen berries
- 2 tbsp of raw honey
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
Preparation:
- put the frozen berries in the blender nd mix it well
- add the honney and the the vanilla extract
- mix all togother
- then put the jam in a jar in the fridge for about 3 or 4 days maximum
